On November 11, Consul General of France Yannick Tagand took part in the annual Veterans Day ceremony at the Victory Monument in historic Bronzeville on Chicago's South Side. This annual event recognizes the all African-American soldiers of the 370th Infantry Regiment, 93rd Division, who fought alongside the French Army during WWI.
