Our colleague Pierre Frechette from Atlanta - who volunteered during the trip - surprised him with a visit last weekend.
Andy is doing great and he’s happy to recall his incredible memories of his stay in Normandy 2 months ago.
Big thanks to all the volunteers who continue to take care of the veterans all year long!
Together with 42 WWII US veterans, Andy Negra came back to Normandy for the 79th anniversary of D-Day thanks to Best Defense Foundation, Delta Air Lines and Michelin.
