The Embassy of France in the United States was honored to welcome prominent author Chimamanda Ngozi Adichie. She discussed her work with MSNBC host and political strategist Symone Sanders.
Graduated from Yale University, Ms. Adichie is a prolific Nigerian writer who tackles important topics such as feminism, childhood, womanhood, identity and family. Widely renowned, she has shown a generation what it means to own one’s own story through instant classics like, "Americanah" and "We Should All Be Feminists". After the discussion, a Q&A session was held with the audience to further discovering the author’s intentions.
