15 innovative French startups have just been selected to participate in the 2022 edition of the NETVA program. For the second consecutive year, Atlanta will host winning startups, their immersion is scheduled for October 24 to 28. Since 2010, the NETVA has offered a unique opportunity to young innovative French companies to benefit from preparation and contacts within the large network of the French Embassy in the United States. The program is aimed at projects in the early-stage phase of startups operating in all technological fields, from artificial intelligence to the industry of the future, including health, biotech, agritech or energy. Directed by the Service for Science and Technology of the French Embassy, with the support of Bpifrance and the Ministry of Higher Education, Research and Innovation, NETVA intends to provide concrete answers to the need for internationalization of French start-ups, originating from or backed by research laboratories, and developing innovative products with high added value. A PROGRAM IN TWO STEPS : The laureates of the 2022 edition, selected by juries of French and American experts from seven major innovation ecosystems, will participate in a two-steps personalized program in the fall : A training seminar on September 12 and 13 in Paris: Composed of pitch preparation workshops and presentations by French and American innovation experts, the objective of the seminar is to allow French entrepreneurs to better understand the specificities of innovative North American ecosystems and to prepare their immersion in the United States. A one-week immersion in the United States : To discover one of the major American innovation ecosystems: Atlanta, Boston, Chicago, Los Angeles, San Francisco, Washington DC. This week allows French entrepreneurs to confront their business models with the realities of North American markets, to meet key players in their field and to participate in various events promoting their projects.
