France ATLANTA 2021 – Ethical management of AI, a European-American dialogue
SUMMARY
This webinar was about Current Perspectives on AI Risk Management Frameworks in the US and the EU, and it was a part of the 2021 edition. France-Atlanta is an annual event series co-organized by the Consulate General of France and The Georgia Institute of Technology. In light of the 2020 France-Atlanta Conference, the French Consulate in Atlanta (USA), the Georgia Institute of Technology (USA), the Center for Ethics at Emory University (USA) and the University of Nantes (France) organized a workshop which, under the same title “The Ethical Management of AI”, suggested to look at the different regulatory initiatives undertook by the European Union and by the United States of America, to deal with the ethical risks raised by Artificial Intelligence (AI).
