Last week, The Little Prince celebrated its 80^th birthday! And as it turns out, he is quite an international character and lives in Austin too! Thanks to Octavio Kana-Galvan at UT Austin & his students from the Digital Social Media Production class for this story showing our beloved Little Prince traveling around the Ransom Center where original watercolors and a typescript are archived… quite a treasure to see!

Since its 1943 publication, Saint-Exupéry's novella has moved and inspired many. On the Little Prince's 80^th birthday, we honor the global impact of a tiny traveler who inspires us to live well and to take care of that which we hold dear.
