2024 marks the 80th anniversary of D-Day, a special moment in the Franco-American friendship, as 73,000 US soldiers bravely fought on the shores that day.
At the Embassy of France in the US, we look forward to telling this story this year through events, enriching discussions, screenings and exhibits with leading academics and military and memorial institutions.
A sculpture of the beloved blond boy by French artist Jean-Marc de Pas, will soon be installed in front of Villa Albertine on Fifth Avenue in New York City.
Jean Monnet was committed to his sole objective: to organize peace and unity.
135 years after "Liberty Enlightening the World" was unveiled on Liberty Island, Lady Liberty's younger sister sailed across the Atlantic in 2021.
